For me, your growth is personal. After working inside school districts for years, I saw a recurring pattern: parents were coming to IEP meetings without the information they needed to truly understand the decisions being made for their child.

While I always took the time to explain as much as I could, I realized there just wasn't enough time in a single meeting to give families the deep knowledge they deserved. I founded Absolute IEP to change that. My life's work is ensuring YOU know exactly what is happening with your child and understanding every option available to you.
