I’m Taylor, and I created Absolute IEP because I’ve been on the other side of that table. For years, I worked inside school districts, and while the professionals usually have the best intentions, I saw a recurring problem: parents were often left out of the loop. There simply wasn’t enough time in a standard meeting to explain every right, every service, and every option available to a child.

Why This is Personal
