Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The information provided through the Website and Services is for educational and informational purposes only.

Absolute IEP and its founder, Taylor Kohn, are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation. Taylor Kohn is a Master’s-level educator and professional parent advocate with insider school district experience.

Use of our Website, participation in our courses, or download of our materials does not create an at- torney-client relationship. Unless otherwise stated, Absolute IEP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on absoluteiep.com, including the "Absolute IEP" course content and all downloadable PDF guides and templates in the Resource Vault. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

3.  Use License

When you purchase a course or a digital download (PDF), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

  • Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from Absolute
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material for the purpose of reselling or redistribution to third par-
  • Share your course login credentials with
  • Use our templates or guides for commercial consulting purposes without express written

4.  Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (online courses and downloadable PDFs), all sales are final. Once access is granted or a download link is provided, Absolute IEP does not offer refunds unless required by law.

5.  Limitation of Liability

Absolute IEP will not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the ma- terials on this Site, even if Absolute IEP has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

7.  Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expens- es, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, your use of the Resource Vault templates in a manner not authorized in these Terms.

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or re- lated thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
